These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NgProBike service and website. By visiting the NgProBike website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Terms of Service
When you place an order via our website (www.ngprobike.com) we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you. We store the contract’s content and will send you the details of your order via e-mail. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your “My Account” page.
Product Specifications and Suitability
Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. NgProBike shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item that has an unsuitable product description we will remedy this by providing you a full refund upon the return of the item. We encourage you to ensure all spare parts are fitted by a competent person in accordance with manufacturer specifications. NgProBike cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the fitting of a spare part. Please ensure that you have read your warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair item. NgProBike cannot be held responsible if the item is damaged or your warranty is voided. Some manufacturer guarantees may be on condition that you use a qualified cycle technician.
Returns Policy
Typically we do not accept restitutions of products due to ordering mistakes. NgProBike accept good restitution only upon previous agreement to info@ngprobike.com within 5 days after receiving the goods, with original packing and not used material. Should the restitution be accepted the net price will be refund, deduced the postal fees sustained for sending and receiving back the goods. In case of goods replacement the shipping costs will be charged to you.
Availability / Estimated Delivery Times
We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. NgProBike has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if one is available.
For De Rosa bikes and framesets, Delivery Time from 4 weeks, but we cannot guarantee a definite time as production may suffer delays not attributable to NgProbike.com
Payment
Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, , American Express and PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as “NGPROBIKE”. All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless currency is changed in our region adjuster, available on every product page. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of a manufacturer price increase. Swiss Customers will be charged with the 7,7% for the Value Added Tax (VAT),Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing. If a problem in supply should occur, your payment method will be refunded as swiftly as possible. The refund may take a couple of days to show as cleared funds on your account, depending on payment provider. If your delivery address is outside of Switzerland, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes and Value Added Tax. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
Governed Law
NgProBike Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss Law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts
Delivery
All the orders will be despatched via Swiss Post (www.swisspost.ch)
Liability
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Credit card security
We take online security extremely seriously and have taken rigorous precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. We don’t hold sensitive payment details about our customers. By entering payment details while shopping, the credit card processor retains all information and only releases the identification of the transaction to NgProBike. It also allows us to issue refunds or process, for example, backorder charges. We don’t have access to your complete card details. We also have a rigorous audit program, involving independent and regular assessment of our infrastructure and processes to ensure that they meet, and continue to meet, the requirements laid down by the Payment Card Industry Standards Council. Please be aware that in the interests of credit card security you may be contacted prior to the dispatch of your order with a request for additional information.
Privacy policy
We guarantee the security in the storage and disclosure of the information you have provided to us. Placing an order online, we need to know your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, card number and associated details. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to inform you about the status of your order. We also require a landline telephone number should we need to contact you, and for international orders this number may be provided to our couriers to help with the delivery of goods. You have trusted us by providing us with these details and we promise not to use these details for any other reason than to process your order or to inform you about NgProBike’s products and services. We will not pass any of your data on to third parties for profit or otherwise. Our security practices mean that from time to time we may ask you to answer security questions or provide proof of identity before we can disclose sensitive information to you. We always want to improve the service we provide to you and therefore telephone calls may be recorded or monitored and incoming and outgoing emails monitored and used for training purposes. If you have an account but do not wish to receive weekly emails regarding NgProbike products and services, you can remove your address from the email list.
